1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and OmegleCamChat (the "Service") covering your access to and use of randomcamchatonline.com, our random cam chat matching system, mobile web experience, and any related features we make available.

By opening the site, granting camera or microphone access, or entering a cam conversation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately. Continued use of OmegleCamChat after we publish updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

OmegleCamChat is restricted to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. If the age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, you must meet that higher local minimum to use the Service. We do not knowingly allow minors to access the platform under any circumstances.

Because OmegleCamChat streams live video between real strangers, age compliance is non-negotiable. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority where you live).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You are not barred from using the Service under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you.
• You will not allow any person under 18 to use your device while you are connected to a cam chat.

We reserve the right to terminate access and report illegal activity to law enforcement if we have reason to believe a user is underage or is exposing minors to live cam content.

3. Description of Service

OmegleCamChat is a free random cam chat service that connects two consenting adults in a one-on-one live video conversation. The matching engine pairs users anonymously: there is no profile, no follower graph, no friend list, and no public timeline.

The core experience includes:

• Instant one-tap pairing with a random adult stranger from anywhere in the world.
• 1-on-1 live video and live audio cam conversation in the browser, with no app to install.
• Optional country and language filters to narrow who you meet.
• One-tap skip, block, and report controls inside every cam session.
• Automated and human moderation running continuously against the live stream.

We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time for legal, operational, security, or product reasons. We do not guarantee that any specific feature, region, or matching outcome will remain available.

4. Anonymous Use & Optional Accounts

OmegleCamChat is designed to be used anonymously and without an account. You do not need to provide an email address, phone number, social profile, or real-world identity to start a cam chat. We do not store chat history or recordings of your conversations as part of the default experience.

You are responsible for any information you choose to reveal during a live cam conversation, including your face, voice, surroundings, screen contents, or anything you say to the other party. Once shared in a live stream, that information leaves our control and may be observed, memorised, or captured by the person on the other side.

• Do not share full names, addresses, workplaces, school details, banking information, or government IDs over a cam chat.
• Do not reuse credentials from other services if we later offer optional sign-in features.
• Notify us promptly via [email protected] if you believe your access has been compromised or impersonated.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use OmegleCamChat lawfully, respectfully, and with regard for the safety of every other user on the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disconnection, suspension, or permanent removal — with reports to law enforcement where warranted:

• Underage activity — using the Service while under 18, attempting to match with minors, or exposing minors to live cam content.
• Nudity directed at unconsenting users — exposing yourself, performing sexual acts, or displaying sexual content to anyone who has not actively consented.
• Harassment & threats — abusive language, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, hate speech, or sustained unwanted contact.
• Impersonation & deception — pretending to be another person, falsely claiming to represent a brand, using deepfake or virtual-camera output to disguise your identity.
• Fraud & scams — phishing, romance scams, sextortion, off-platform payment requests, fake giveaways, cryptocurrency schemes, or any commercial exploitation of users.
• Illegal content or activity — child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, weapons sales, drug sales, trafficking, or any conduct that violates applicable law.
• Technical abuse — bots, scripts, scraping, reverse engineering, denial-of-service attempts, or circumvention of rate limits, bans, or moderation systems.

6. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the live video, audio, text, and other content you transmit through a cam chat. Because the platform is designed for ephemeral live conversation, we do not claim a perpetual license over your stream and we do not retain it as part of normal operation.

You do grant OmegleCamChat a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Transmit your live stream to the matched user in real time.
• Run automated and human moderation against your stream for safety enforcement.
• Retain short evidence excerpts when a report is filed, solely for review and enforcement purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.

The OmegleCamChat software, design, brand assets, logos, and aggregated platform content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our platform assets without prior written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

Our handling of personal information is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. The Privacy Policy is the primary reference point for questions about data collection, retention, cookies, third-party processors, and your rights as a data subject.

At a high level: OmegleCamChat runs without a required account and does not store the content of your cam conversations as part of normal operation. Limited technical data (such as IP address, device fingerprint, and session timestamps) is processed to operate the matching engine, enforce safety rules, and prevent abuse.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you have under applicable privacy or consumer protection law.

8. Termination & Account Suspension

We may take enforcement action against any user we reasonably believe has violated these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Depending on severity, enforcement may include:

• Instant disconnection — ending an active cam session immediately.
• Temporary suspension — blocking your device or IP from re-matching for a defined period.
• Permanent ban — preventing further access to OmegleCamChat from your device, IP, or any linked accounts.
• Referral to law enforcement — for conduct involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats of violence, or other serious illegal activity.

You may stop using OmegleCamChat at any time. Because the Service is designed for anonymous use without an account, "deletion" typically takes the form of closing the browser tab — no profile remains behind on the platform. Where we hold limited data (such as ban records or moderation evidence), retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & "AS IS"

OmegleCamChat is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region at every moment.
• Any specific match, conversation outcome, or social result will occur.
• Other users will behave lawfully, truthfully, or in line with our rules.
• Moderation will catch every violation before it reaches you.

You acknowledge that live cam chat involves real strangers and that you participate at your own risk. Use the skip, block, and report tools, and end any conversation that makes you uncomfortable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmegleCamChat, its operators, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or damages resulting from interactions with other users.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the equivalent in your local currency, regardless of the cause of action.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OmegleCamChat, its operators, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms of Service or applicable law.
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Content you transmit, display, or perform on a live cam conversation.
• Your conduct toward another user during or after a cam session.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable internet, consumer, and electronic commerce laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where a mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides greater rights, those rights apply in addition to (not instead of) this section.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute. Most issues can be addressed in this way without the need for formal proceedings.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or risk controls. When we publish a material update we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, post a notice on the homepage.

Your continued use of OmegleCamChat after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the Service.
